There is usually ample street parking in front of or near the B&B along Kensington Avenue and additional off-street parking.

Trains
The Richmond Amtrak train station ("RVR" at Staples Mill Rd. as opposed to the smaller "RVM" at Downtown Main St.) is 15 minutes away with short and long term parking available. Richmond is enroute from Miami to New York, from Charlotte to New York, and from Newport News to Boston. Amtrak is a wonderful way to get to Washington D.C., where you arrive at Union Station (a destination unto itself!) within walking distance of the Capitol and the Smithsonian Museums.

Automobiles

Richmond is the midpoint of the East Coast, so we’re within a day’s drive to half the population of the United States. Interstates 95, 295, 64, & 195 converge in Richmond. Interstate 85 merges with 95 just south of here, in Petersburg, Virginia.
